Have used Precision Alignment and Break twice now on two of our vehicles and plan on using their services avian. They are very dedicated to what they do. They fully explain the work that they have done and stand behind the work. One can even watch them work on your vehicle through the window in their office into the workshop. I had only visited Precision once and can say they by far had provided the best experience I have ever had at an alignmnet and brake shop. They truly care about doing the right thing for the customer... Without getting into too much detail the wrong parts had originally been put on my car. After this was realized, and I already paid for the work, they ensured to take care of me by taking back and reembursing me for the incorrect parts and going out of their way to get my special order parts and work completed in as short a timeframe as possible.

my family have a very bad experience of this place.we have been taking our nissan there for couple of years,in the beginning they seemed honest then later lies started. the thing that really pushed me to write this is the way they lied to my wife about our nissan quest van breaks.they made her pay $500 for something that they knew was wrong they took advantage of her ignorance. thank God we bought a new truck but with the experience i got a this place i won't advise anyone to go there with their vehicle.bunch of liers and dishonest people

We are very sorry you had a bad experience at our shop. You did bring your Quest in to us with metal on metal front brakes, but when we replaced the front pads & rotors and went to bleed your brakes, they would not bleed properly. Upon investigation, we found oil floating on top of the brake fluid in the master cylinder reservoir, which causes all rubber brake components to break down, and can be extremely costly. We did try to remove the oil by sucking it out from the top, in the hopes that it did not already go through the system. We had your vehicle on our hoist for the day and we did our best to get the air bled out and get your brakes functioning properly again, but could not. We had to advise you that the vehicle was unsafe to drive in that condition. We were honest with you, and brought you back into the shop to show you our concerns with the vehicle, and did not lie to you or your wife. We were aware that it would be very expensive to repair the vehicle properly and you would likely even need a new ABS module. Any professional repair shop, including Nissan would have advised you of the same concerns. We were very sorry to have to report this sort of information, and we want you to know that we were not taking advantage of your wife at all. Did you get rid of the Nissan Quest? We hope you have better luck with your new GM truck. Carol @ Precision

Precision is hands down the best shop in Calgary to get an alignment done! I've had a lowered 350Z, Evo and most recently my brand new raised truck with a massive offset in to get work done and they've done a flawless job every time, no matter what vehicle. They've managed to bring the most insane stance between my cars and trucks back to a factory alignment spec in reasonable time, for the amount they've quoted. Lowered, raised, OEM, doesn't matter, take your vehicle here.

I was so lucky to see a positive review on the web for Precision Alignment 2 years ago. I was looking for a trustworthy place for front end work and they fixed the problem that the Honda dealer had not been able to fix in two previous services. I now take my Acura and Honda here for all of my services even though it is across Calgary from where I live. They are a family run business and always care to make sure I get the best service. I have been to the shop twice and each time i have taken my BMW i have always felt at home. The customer service is the best i have got and they know what they are doing. The two ladies at the front desk are very knowledgeable and friendly and not forgetting the guys in the back room who do all the magic. Their prices are very affordable and they will answer all your questions even if they are silly ones. I TOTALLY RECOMMEND PRECISION should you need anything done on your vehicle be it foreign or local cars. They are way much cheaper than the dealerships. Julius
