| Excellent "front" end work by David and Kate. Really happy with your service and the work done by the "Back Shop Boys". I also witnessed how patient all of the staff (Including HanK) is with your customers, and how hard you all work to ensure that they understand what work has been done and why. |

| I have no regret the service than had done on my Nissan murano.they are very organize and explain to the customer than needs to change or recommend the parts of your vehicle . But this is your call if you want it the keep the vehicle running in a very good condition /long life.the shop it self was amazing,neat & clean! You guys did a awesome work including keep it so nice your facility. So that's why I tell all to my friends and highly recommend precision to give a try to works on your vehicle . |

| Have used Precision Alignment and Break twice now on two of our vehicles and plan on using their services avian. They are very dedicated to what they do. They fully explain the work that they have done and stand behind the work. One can even watch them work on your vehicle through the window in their office into the workshop. | I had only visited Precision once and can say they by far had provided the best experience I have ever had at an alignmnet and brake shop. They truly care about doing the right thing for the customer... Without getting into too much detail the wrong parts had originally been put on my car. After this was realized, and I already paid for the work, they ensured to take care of me by taking back and reembursing me for the incorrect parts and going out of their way to get my special order parts and work completed in as short a timeframe as possible. |
